Items can become more Popular than we can expect, if we are out of stock we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Anticipations for long delays or unavailability, you will be notified and given the options to best match your needs or cancelations should you not wish to wait.Returns and Customer Care
All your purchases our store will have a 10 day returns condition. If you have any purchases or items that are incorrect,faulty or you are unsatisfied with, you will need to notify Scott at Get Sick via any of the means listed below within the time limits displayed (10 days). If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may exchange for an alternative product or we can issue you with a full refund. However your re-postage to our store will not be refunded.You may be asked to recover the costs of re-despatching your newly selected items also.
The purchase must be returned as new and unworn, in its original packaging with all labels intact, please enclose your receipt and any other necessary items including a covering letter to allow for a clearer and more professional handling of you customer concern.
